What we collect
To open and manage your customer account, we collect the information you provide: business name, contact name, contact details (address, phone, email) and, where applicable, tax numbers. Using the site also generates your order history and connection data (the date and IP address of your logins).
How we use it
This information is used solely to run your account: to process and deliver your orders, produce billing, contact you about your account or orders, and keep the site secure. If you opted in at registration, we may also send you our newsletter — you can withdraw that consent at any time.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. It is shared only with the providers needed to fulfil your orders (e.g. carriers) and where the law requires.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies: to keep your session open and to protect forms against fraudulent requests. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used.
Retention and protection
Your information is hosted in Canada and kept for as long as your account is active, then as long as the law and our bookkeeping require. Access is restricted to staff who need it, and passwords are stored encrypted — never in plain text.
Your rights
