A site for businesses
lpbdistribution.com is a business-to-business (B2B) ordering platform operated by LPB Distribution Inc., for retailers, specialty merchants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Access to the catalogue, prices and ordering requires an approved customer account: every registration is verified and linked to a customer record by our team before activation.
Prices
The prices shown are specific to your account and confidential. They may change without notice; the price that applies is the one in effect at the time of the order. Applicable taxes are added to billing.
Orders
Orders are placed by the case (half-cases accepted on most products), with no minimum, and are subject to product availability. Seasonal collections work by pre-order on their own schedule. A submitted order is a firm order; for any change, contact your representative promptly.
Payment
Billing is to your account, on the agreed credit terms. No payment is processed on this site. An overdue account may have ordering suspended until the balance is settled.
Claims
Products must be checked on receipt; see our return policy.
Your account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for orders placed from your account. An account with no order for six months may be deactivated — it is reactivated automatically on your next order, or with a simple call.
